Current research projects

  • Continuation of research into Australian rain forests including community phylogenetic structure and functional attributes across environmental gradients at continental, regional, and local scales. Integration with genetic research by Evolution and Ecology section of Science and Public Programs branch of the National Herbarium of NSW, Royal Botanic Gardens & Domain Trust.
  • Gondwanan rain forests; palaeo- and neo- community ecology.
  • Research into the impacts of rain forest fragmentation.
