Our People

The Botanic Gardens Trust is a statutory body of the NSW government administered by the Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water (NSW). Staff working at the Botanic Gardens Trust are employed by the Department, under the Hon. John Robertson, Minister for Climate Change and the Environment, Minister for Energy, Minister for Corrective Services and Minister for Public Sector Reform and Special Minister of State. The three Gardens and the Domain are administered by the Royal Botanic Gardens & Domain Trust.
