Discover something new with Eden Education
Eden Education, the education and training division of Eden Gardens and Garden Centres, is an initiative developed with participation from the Botanic Gardens Trust. As well as promoting a love of gardening, Eden Education aims to raise public awareness of the importance of plants in the local environment and promote sustainable horticultural practices and sound waste management.
Eden Education runs courses, workshops, and children’s activities covering a broad range of horticultural topics including general gardening skills, specialist gardening, floristry soft stone sculpture and other plant-inspired arts and crafts for people of all ages, interest levels and abilities.
Eden Gardens is located on the corner of Lane Cove and Fontenoy Roads North Ryde, Sydney. The large horticultural centre combines 1.2 ha of beautiful display gardens, a popular cafe, extensive garden centre, events facilities and much more.

Horticulture Courses with Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living
Horticulture courses with the the Royal Botanic Gardens & Domain Trust and CERES Macarthur joined together through common goals and became the founding members of a new company called the Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living (MCSL). The Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living is a non profit, community driven organisation, with the aim of promoting sustainable homes and gardens. MCSL is a unique education and demonstration centre. Sustainable living is explored through festivals, markets, workshops, research, art, food, gardening and music. MCSL offers services such as school excursions & visits, an organic cafe, a community nursery and garden, community education and project management.
