Children & families

There are activities and events specially designed for children and families to experience and enjoy the Gardens together.

School Holiday Activities are designed for children 6-12 years, but often cater for the whole family.

Dandy Lions is a morning of gardening, craft and exploring the Royal Botanic Garden, Sydney for children 0-5 years and their carers. Join us on Tuesday or Thursday mornings during school term-time.
