Bring your ‘wild thing’ and come out to play! Each week we explore a new garden-related theme, with specially designed activities for children under the age of five.

Join Botanic Gardens Trust education staff for:

  • Garden activities
  • Art and craft
  • Storytelling
  • Music and dance
  • Garden walks
  • Playtime

When: 10 am-12 noon Thursdays during school term (excl. 8 & 15 October, 24 & 31 Dec)

Where: Lawn next to Victoria Gate Lodge, Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney. Enter through Victoria Gate from Mrs Macquaries Road. Click here for map.

Parking: Metered parking is available along Mrs Macquaries Road

Public transport: Take bus route 441 from the Queen Victoria Building

Cost: $11 per family (max 2 children) includes coffee for 1 from the Gardens Cafe

The first outlines the theme and activities for the coming week, the second is a weather update at 8.30am on the Thursday to let you know if we are going ahead.
