With an hour and a half of magical craft and fun activities, this should suit wizards of all ages! Go on a family quest discovering rainbow serpents and megafauna and hop through time to modern Australian animals. When: All winter Music, Plants and Culture - NAIDOC: School Holiday ActivityJoin Tony Lennon and Brenden Moore for some Music, Plants and Cultural fun. Create your own musical instruments and play along with Brenden, our didgeridoo expert, who will share Aboriginal stories and guide you through the forest. Discover how to use plants to make your own musical instrument. ‘NAIDOC’ is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and an opportunity to recognise the contributions of Indigenous Australians in various fields. NAIDOC stands for National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee and events are held around Australia in July each year to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
