Plants are propagated by the ‘Growing Friends’ volunteers, from plants growing in the Royal Botanic Gardens, Mount Tomah Botanic Gardan and Mount Annan Botanic Garden. The Growing Friends’ plant sales feature a large selection of shrubs and perennials, many drought-tolerant. There’s a range of natives and exotics, often including rare and hard-to-find plants, mostly as tubestock.
See Growing Friends’ plant notes for a list of the plants commonly available. Brief notes on caring for the plant are included. Please note that not all plants listed will available for sale at all times.
If you are interested in becoming a Growing Friend, join the Friends and fill in the volunteer application form.
