Climber with hairy leaves and axillary tendrils.

Flowers: Yellow orange, all year. Observed April 2009

Fruit: Green spotted berry to 5 cm long.

Ecology

  • Moist forest in partial shade
  • Occasional in woodland at the Australian Botanic Garden
  • Probably resprouts after fire
  • Reported to be frost tolerant
