Members volunteersShare the volunteer experienceFoundation & Friends of the Botanic Gardens offers members a rich experience for those who want to be more involved. Volunteering is rewarding and fun. You can meet new people, learn new skills and help support the three Gardens. Volunteers enable the Foundation & Friends to raise funds for special projects in the three Botanic Gardens, Herbarium and Domain. They cater for functions, assist Foundation & Friends administrative staff in the office, staff exhibitions, and promote membership of the Friends throughout the three Gardens. The Growing Friends propagate plants for regular and special plant sales. What it means to usFoundation & Friends of the Botanic Gardens can only continue to promote, support and protect the three Gardens with the help of volunteer members. Ways you can join in and helpA wide range of volunteer positions exist at the Royal Botanic Garden in Sydney, the Australian Botanic Garden, Mount Annan and the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, Mount Tomah.
