Antipasto plate of prosciutto, sopressa salami, green & black olives, roasted red peppers, grissini & bagna couda with spiced almonds

VEGETARIAN: Antipasto plate of roasted red peppers, grilled eggplant & portobello mushrooms, green & black olives, marinated artichokes, grissini & bagna couda with spiced almonds

Main course* (7.30 pm - 9.30 pm)

Herb crusted chicken breast with red cabbage slaw, roast garlic potatoes & confit tomatoes
OR
Roast scotch fillet with café de paris butter, french fries, watercress salad & charcuterie sauce

VEGETARIAN: Socca crepe of roast pumpkin, caramelised red onion & pine nuts with tomato, coriander salsa & buttered green beans

Tiramisu trifle, layers of liquored coffee sponge with light cream, rich dark chocolate & marinated berries

Midnight Snack (11.00 pm - 11.30 pm)

Maffra cloth cheddar, trinity cellars brie with lavosh crackers & dried muscatels
