The Garden is open every day except Christmas Day.

Note: no pets allowed in the Garden as it is a wildlife corridor.

How to get here

Car: Mount Annan is 56 km from the CBD. Take the M5 Motorway to the second Campbelltown exit (Narellan Road). Follow the exit signs to Camden, travelling along Narellan Road for 1 km, then turn left at the third set of lights into Mount Annan Drive.
 
Public transport: buses run between Campbelltown railway station and Camden via Mount Annan. Phone Busways for information on 02-4655 7501.

Wheelchair hire: available at the Visitor Centre
 
Accessible paths: most areas of the Garden are wheelchair accessible, other than the steep paths and stairs. Accessible routes and toilets are signposted.
 
Accessible toilets: Most toilets at the Garden are wheelchair accessible.

Parking: Accessible parking spaces are allocated in the main carpark and at each of the picnic areas.

Visitor facilities

Picnic facilities: with toilets, picnic shelters and free gas barbecues
 
Walking tracks: maps are available at the Visitor Centre for 2 tracks.

Visitor code

We ask visitors to please

  • Observe safety & information signs
  • Note the speed limit is 30 km/h and pedestrians have right of way
  • Drive only on sealed roads
  • Park only on gravel edges or in marked parking areas
  • Leave pets & firearms at home
  • Take out all rubbish with you
  • Note that all wildlife is protected, including snakes, spiders and lizards
  • Note that pedestrians have right of way throughout the Garden

Please do not

  • Light fires - there are free barbecues at picnic areas
  • Camp anywhere on site
  • Swim, wade or fish in lakes
  • Pick, damage or remove plants
  • Ride skateboards, rollerblades or bicycles in the Terrace garden
  • Fly kites near electrical power lines or trees
