Lawn with The View 2009 - conditions of entry
We ask you to remember you are entering the Royal Botanic Gardens, a sensitive environment. Please consider the safety of other patrons.
All patrons entering the site will be subject to security searches and must show valid identification and ticket.
The following items will not be allowed to be brought into the event site:
- No BYO beverages including alcohol and water
- No glass
- No passouts - please note there is no entry prior to 7.00 pm and all patrons must arrive by 8.30 pm.
- No umbrellas (personal umbrellas under 50 cm allowed).
- No chairs. Please bring a picnic rug as seating is picnic style on the lawn.
- No parking or vehicle access allowed. Please use public transport www.131500.com.au or phone 131500.
This is an outdoor event which will proceed in all weather. Fireworks are presented by City of Sydney. In the event that the fireworks are cancelled, the Botanic Gardens Trust will not be held responsible or provide compensation.
