Lion Gate Lodge

Originally named Middle Lodge, this charming cottage was built for the Head Gardener in 1878.  Its name was changed to Lion Gate Lodge in 1979, after the lion and lioness bronze statues guarding the gate in the Macquarie Wall.  It is surrounded by a charming private cottage-style garden, paved courtyard and permanent awning. This outdoor setting is ideal for a romantic wedding ceremony.
