Palm House glasshouse
| The Palm House was erected in 1876 and is the oldest glasshouse in New South Wales. It is situated in a beautiful garden setting, creating the perfect environment to stage a daytime cocktail party, launch or wedding ceremony. The Palm House is suitable for parties up to 100 people using full advantage of the natural light that floods the area. |
Lion Gate Lodge
| Originally named Middle Lodge, this charming cottage was built for the Head Gardener in 1878. Its name was changed to Lion Gate Lodge in 1979, after the lion and lioness bronze statues guarding the gate in the Macquarie Wall. It is surrounded by a charming private cottage-style garden, paved courtyard and permanent awning. This outdoor setting is ideal for a romantic wedding ceremony. |
