Research Interests:

I have interests in plant ecology and seed biology. Specifically, I am interested in how individuals vary at a population level, as well as how the external environment limits the distribution of species.

I also have a keen interest in cicada ecology in eastern Australia, in particular the species distribution patterns and how they are related to environment.

I am also interested in the use of technology and GIS for ecological purposes.

Current Projects:

I am currently working as part of the conservation research program for the critically endangered Persoonia pauciflora. The broad aim of this project is to research the ecology and seed biology of the species in order to propagate plants for translocation and subsequent management. This project is part of the Persoonia research program.
