Dr Marco Duretto

My systematic and taxonomic research interests focus on the evolution and biogeography of the Australasian flora, monographic studies, development of identification tools and floras and species discovery. My research has focused mainly on the taxonomy and systematics of the family Rutaceae using a variety of methodologies including morphology, anatomy and phylogenetic systematics which is now based largely on molecular data.
