Terms and conditions of entry for Alice in Wonderland family pass competition

This document sets out the terms of participation in The Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust “Alice in Wonderland family pass” competition (Competition):
 

1. The promoter of the Competition is THE ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS AND DOMAIN TRUST, (the Trust) (ABN 22 988 772 206), Mrs Macquaries Rd, SYDNEY NSW 2000. ph: 02 9231 8111.
2. Entry to the Competition is open to residents of Australia.  An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation.  Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent/guardian to enter.
3. Employees and their immediate families of Australian Shakespeare Company (ABN 19 006 105 102) (Shakespeare Australia), the Botanic Gardens of Sydney and AB Publicity (ABN 003 432 059) are ineligible to enter the Competition.
4. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Trust may, in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions on the Trust’s website form part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Entry into the Competition is free.
6. To enter, participants must opt-in to subscribe to the Trust’s e-Newsletter and submit entries through https://www.rbgsyd.nsw.gov.au/competitions/alice-in-wonderland-competition. Only completed entries will be valid entries.
7. Winners will be randomly selected by the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney marketing team.
8. The promotion opens at 6am AEST on Thursday 23 March 2023 and closes at 9am AEDT Tuesday 11 April 2023 (Competition Period). Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
9. The prizes for this promotion (detailed below) will be awarded to different winners.
   1. Family Pass 1: 1 x group of 4 for any adult or child for a performance of Alice in Wonderland in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney between Wednesday 12 April 2023 and Sunday 23 April 2023 (value Midweek $90; Friday/Saturday/Sunday $110).
   2. Family Pass 2: 1 x group of 4 for any adult or child for a performance of Alice in Wonderland in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney between Wednesday 12 April 2023 and Sunday 23 April 2023 (value Midweek $90; Friday/Saturday/Sunday $110).
10. The prizes will be facilitated by Shakespeare Australia and sent to the winner’s email address, as provided by the winners in the entries.
11. The Trust accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
