A quote for your excursion will be sent to you with your Booking Confirmation. Teachers and assisting adults are free of charge.

To allow us to invoice your school following your excursion, please complete the following.
As per our terms and conditions we require notice at least eight (8) working days prior to the session for cancellations. As we rely on Casual Education Officers for the excursions, cancellations received less than eight working days prior to the session and 'no shows' will incur a charge of the minimum per lesson charge per booked class group.
Cancellations due to weather are not accepted. Cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
The submission of this form is a formal request for an excursion booking at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney on the date/s and time/s specified. Once we receive your form we will allocate your booking based off of our availability and will respond with a booking confirmation document.
The receiving of a booking confirmation document by email constitutes an agreement that your lesson/s are booked and confirmed and subject to our cancellation policy, see above.
