Research Interests:
Australian rainforests, biogeography, evolution & ecology, assembly, species diversity, phylogenetics, Next Generation Sequencing, landscape-level population genetics.
Current Projects:
- Study how biogeographic and ecological processes influence Australian rainforest species distributions and assembly
- Investigate the population dynamics of Australian rainforests in the AWT using NGS
- Explore population dynamics of Australian rainforests across NSW using Genotyping by sequencing data (part of the Restore and Renew (R&R) project)
- Study the impact of dispersal on the distribution and assembly of Australian rainforest trees
