Visiting

The Calyx is a hub of activity with food and beverage options, a shopping outlet and an exciting program of events and workshops.
Here are some details to help you plan your visit to The Calyx. 

Opening hours:

The Calyx is open 10 am – 4 pm every day.

Please note: The Calyx will be closed for private access on the following dates:

Tuesday 10 October
Friday 20 October
Thursday 26 October
Sunday 29 October

Additional closure dates may occur so we suggest checking here, or phoning (02) 9231 8104 before arriving.

Tickets:

Bookings are not required to visit Pollination, however,  guests are required to register on entry. Entry to Pollination is free for all guests. 
On entry, and throughout the display, visitors will be able to show their appreciation for the stunning work by making a gold coin donation to support the upkeep of Pollination and the development of future displays.

Café:

The Calyx Café is open during display hours. Sit down and relax with a delicious light meal, or select a ‘grab and go’ option and explore the Garden seeking the perfect place for lunch with a view.

High Tea:

Want to really enjoy dining in amongst the flowers? Then High Tea at The Calyx is for you! This is Sydney’s most unique and vibrant High Tea, with a delicate menu, sparkling wine and Champagne options and a stunning floral backdrop. More information

Shop:

A retail shop stocking a selection of garden themed items and souvenirs will be open during the display operating times. There are items perfect for a special gift as well as keepsakes and mementos of your time in the Garden.

What's on in the Garden

With 30 hectares of stunning grounds, visitors can enjoy the Garden at their leisure or choose from a variety of guided tours and walks. Highlights include the Aboriginal Heritage Tour and the free daily Garden Walk. Check out the full program here
