CATERED PICNICS FOR ALL SITES (Catering arranged by the client through an external Caterer)  Rate
Use of an External Caterer to provide catering services within the Garden will incur a surcharge in addition to the above rates. $150

Wedding Photography Permit (alfresco booking) $250
Rose Garden Catering Facility $165
Ranger escort through the Garden (vehicle access suppliers only). fee per vehicle (inc. entry and exit). Max 2 ranger escorts per booking $85
Administration fee per amendment $80

NB.

  1. Additional miscellaneous charges may apply.
  2. Please include time to set up and pack down any equipment within your booking timeframe.
  3. Cancellation and late booking fees apply. Please refer to conditions
  4. All fees are GST inclusive.
  5. Bookings are permitted up to 18 months in advance.
  6. Fees valid 1 July 2022 - 30 June 2023.
