WiFi Troubleshooting

Follow these easy instructions if you have trouble connecting to WiFi at the Garden or the Domain:

  • Restart your device

  • Make sure you are using the latest operating system (OS) available. Refer to your device's settings or manual to see how to update your OS

  • Go to your browser’s settings and clear your history, including the cookies and cache

  • Select _GardensFreeWiFi to connect to the WiFi network

  • Open your browser and surf the web!

Still not working? Here are some additional things you can try: 

  • Make sure your browser has cookies turned on and private browsing turned off

  • Close any applications that you aren’t using to free your device’s memory

  • If you are still having difficulty, try again in another location within the Garden or the Domain, or try again later.
