Does the tour run in all weather?
Yes, the Aboriginal Heritage Tour runs in all weather. If there is an extreme weather warning from the Bureau of Meterorology we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or transfer. We do not provide refunds if you choose to not attend due to weather.
Do you have a student/concession/child price?
The Aboriginal Heritage Tour is $42 per person. Children 7 years and under are free.
Where is the meeting point?
Please meet your guide at the Garden Shop/Information Booth in the centre of the garden behind the restaurant. Please click here

Can I pay on the day?
Bookings are preferred online so that our guide can be ready to welcome you on the day. If you cannot book online we can accept Visa or MasterCard payments on the day only. We cannot accept cheques, cash or American Express.
Is there parking nearby?
Limited metered parking is available on Mrs Macquaries Road. Public transport is recommended.

2. Bookings and Payment
a. Online Tickets
Purchase of a ticket online is final. Participants are required to bring a soft or hard copy of their online booking confirmation to the activity.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
a. Wet Weather
All booked programs will go ahead in wet weather. In the case of severe weather warnings the BGCP may cancel and a change of date or refund may be offered at the BGCP’s discretion.
b. Online tickets
No refunds apply for cancellation of tickets purchased online.
A request for a date change can be made in writing no less than 48 hours prior to the program commencement time. Approval of a date change is at the discretion of the BGCP.
