Please see the below information for our upcoming sessions:

Tuesday 14 April – AUTUMN DAZE
There's magic in the Autumn air … the weather is perfect, we'll explore the Garden and play in the falling leaves. We'll get creative with colour: Make a gorgeous folded leaf banner and a dream-catcher using loose plant parts. We'll meet a plant expert and plant seeds in our Cryptogam house.

Wednesday 15 April – FEATHERED FRIENDS
Be inspired by beaks, feet and feathers as we explore the garden looking for birds. Get your 'twitchers' hat on as we listen for bird sounds and watch live webcams. Get messy creating with clay, make a kite and bird-feeder to take home. And we'll go on adventure to look for our resident Powerful Owl - the largest owl in Australia!

Monday 20 April – ARTY GRUBS
Let's get creative and express our passion for nature through Art! Collect loose parts to create your own colourful mandala. Sketch outdoors using pastels and pencils. Visit a huge outdoor bamboo sculpture, design and print your own calico bag, plant a seed to take home, get active with outdoor creative play and so much more!

Tuesday 21 April – GARDEN SURVIVOR
Today, Garden Grubs will make team banners and wear tribal headscarves in an attempt to ‘outwit’, ‘outlast’ and ‘outfun’ each other! We'll be solving puzzles and competing in garden challenges in. If we survive, we'll make our own totem pole and immunity idol, visit the Calyx and plant in our Cryptogam house.

Wednesday 22 April – ABORIGINAL CULTURE KIDS
Led by one of our Aboriginal Educators, we'll have a day of culture and fun. Listen to dreaming stories and make music, then take a guided discovery tour of our indigneous garden and learn about different uses of plants. Make damper, sample yummy native jam, and create your own culture-inspired masterpiece!
