Mosaic Art Class with Artisan Jane du Rand

Jane du Rand’s mosaic artwork was a highlight of the 2018 Artisans Exhibition, and she is returning by popular demand to this year’s exhibition and has included a hands-on workshop to her Artisans schedule.

At this workshop, Jane will teach students how to make a concrete paver for your garden using ceramic pieces and mosaics. The theme will be insects, and Jane will provide a choice of her custom, hand-made ceramic insects that you will be able to use in amongst your mosaic work. You will make and grout the work during the workshop, and you will go home with a beautiful, unique piece for your home.

Includes morning tea, and lunch on the Foundation & Friends Terrace.
