**RE-OPENING ON MONDAY 6 JULY**
We are excited to announce that, after being closed to the public for more than 15 weeks, the Growing Friends Nursery in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney will be reopening on Monday, 6 July. During its closure, our plants have been receiving plenty of attention and pampering from the Garden's expert horticulturists, but now it's time for them to find their forever homes.
Monday - Friday: 11am - 2pm
Saturday: 10am - 2pm
COVID safety measures will be available and enforced, including hand sanitising stations, social distancing requirements, preferably cashless transactions, and more.
At our Growing Friends Nursery, you can shop for a great range of native and exotic, rare and hard-to-find plants. Browse our full list of plants sold at the Growing Friends Nursery throughout the year by clicking HERE
. Please note, availability is subject to the season where not all plants will be in stock.
Many of the plants have been propagated by volunteers from the living collections in your Botanic Gardens: the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan and the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah.
Proceeds from plant sales assist Foundation and Friends of the Botanic Gardens
to continue our support of the Botanic Gardens, with their vital work in science, conservation, horticulture and education.
