Mingle with the artists, sip on a glass of Tyrell’s Wines, enjoy delicious canapés, and enjoy shopping for exquisite pieces before the general public at the much-anticipated preview of Botanica: Celebration, with keynote speaker John Siemon, Curator Manager at the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan. 

In 2019 Botanica will commemorate its 20th Anniversary, where the theme ‘Celebration’ will be explored by artists. As humans, our lives are defined by the many milestones we achieve in our respective cultures, where plants have always been central to those celebrations, in all civilisations, going back millennia. See this theme artistically represented in over 150 original artworks from some of the very best botanic and natural history artists. Be among the first to explore this exquisite botanical art exhibition.

Note: We encourage the sale of all the artwork, as proceeds go to the talented artists and to Foundation and Friends of the Botanic Gardens, the not-for-profit organisation that supports horticulture, conservation, scientific research and education programs within the Botanic Gardens.

Customers, individuals or groups must be named as membership holders. Non-Member’s Price: Available to all customers who are not current membership holders with Foundation and Friends of the Botanic Gardens. For cancellations of less than 10 days: No refunds or transfers. For cancellations of 10 to 30 days prior: Cancellation fee is 50% of event/activity price, capped at a maximum of $100. The remaining amount paid can be used to transfer to another event/activity or refunded. For cancellations of 30 days or more: No cancellation fee applied. The full amount paid can be used to transfer to another event/activity or refunded.
