Children's Vegetable Orchestra

A Vegetable Orchestra, a 40+ strong contingent of primary school students traveling from Orange in the Central West region of NSW, will perform for us in what is sure to be an exciting, intriguing and joyous performance, playing their vegetable instruments at Lion Gate Lodge at 11am on Sunday 5 August, the first day of the Harvest exhibition.

The vegetable orchestra is encouraged and co-ordinated by local Orange school teacher, Chris Mickle. This unique performance, played by the student on carrots, zucchinis & pumpkin gourds will add to the Harvest theme and is sure to delight the audience.

A great family experience - come early for the performance and stay for lunch in our beautiful Harvest café.
