Ikebana Exhibition: Nature Intertwining

An exhibition of Sogetsu ikebana featuring a collection of masterful floral arrangements which will delight and surprise.

Ikebana floral art consists of only a minimal number of blooms interspersed with branches and leaves – simplicity and graceful lines are key. View stunning modern displays of a 500-year-old tradition which started with the aristocracy and Samurai class in Japan and is now practised all over the world.
Artist talks, workshops and kids activities will also be on offer for selected dates.

Part of the 2018 Garden Art Month - on display April school holidays in The Calyx.
